Halloween

Alright now that life is stabilized some, I wanted to put up some pictures of Halloween and tell everyone all about it. This year was the first year we took Jonathan door to door to get candy, last year he wasn't old enough to get it, and the first year we had soo many kids that I just sat in our driveway with him and he helped hand out candy. So we dressed Jonathan up in a dragon costume, and while we were at Disneyland got him a trick or treat bucket. This year also, because we are living on base again, we knew we would get lots of kids. So we wanted to do something really cool. We invested in a fog machine, carved pumpkins, and in our garage we hung up spider webs, strung up lights, and put candles in our garage, with black tarp. We called it our "Halloween Cave". It looked really cool, and although some kids were afraid to come inside most thought it was really neat. We bought 8 bags of candy, and by the time the night was over, we only had 5 pieces left. lol That's how many kids we got. Halfway through the night we took Jonathan out, and it took him only one house to figure out that if you say "trick or treat" people give you candy! He was so good, at every house he'd say "trick or treat" then "thank you" and "bye-bye". We were shocked! Now after a week every time he wants some of his candy he comes up to us and says "trick or treat" lol. Below are some pictures, and a video of him saying "trick or treat". Enjoy!
